Our building dates back to the 1890s. It was constructed of limestone block and long leaf yellow pine timbers. Each large stone was individually crafted and hand placed. Some of the original wood in the building was repurposed and used in the restaurant to construct our bar and wait station. Our corner fireplace is constructed of large stone blocks that were harvested locally. We hope you'll enjoy the history in our building; we think it makes the experience that much more special. 

The first thing you'll notice when you enter our establishment are the bright copper and stainless tanks - we want you to be able to experience the appearance, sounds and aroma of the brewing process while you dine with us. During the week you can often find our Brewers hard at work brewing delicious craft beer; watch them work while you sip a brew. We have a large selection of tasty appetizers, entrees and desserts for you to enjoy - a little something for everyone. Our menu features German fare, hometown favorites like chicken fried steak and meatloaf, plus salads, sandwiches, pizza, burgers and more. Plus don't forget, we'll have a craft beer to pair with anything you choose. If you're not a beer lover, we don't necessarily understand that, but we do have a great selection of wine for you to choose from too.  So grab your friends and come and join us at "Your Brewery" - there's always something to celebrate on Main Street Fredericksburg! 

 

We do not take restaurant reservations, seating is first come first serve. Sometimes it's pretty busy, but our crew will work as fast as they can to get your party seated. Cheers!
